i have been trying to subscribe to the ultimate monthly however when I try via PayPal i get the error “The payment was rejected by PayPal. Error message: Instruct the customer to retry the transaction using an alternative payment method from the customers PayPal wallet. The transaction did not complete with the customers selected payment method.” i tried to use my bank card as well and got a similar message. it seems this has happened a few times to others but there is not much info on anything I should do. I sent an email to [account@navigraph.com](mailto:account@navigraph.com) and so far all I’ve received in reply is a confirmation email. further research into this issue brought me to a post on this forum from someone who had the exact same issue and the sudden stop in posts leads me to believe the issue was solved somehow. I posted on that thread however after reading about the server rules and guides it says to make my own post regarding the issue other than adding a “me too” to another thread. I’ve been very much looking forward to getting Navigraph so any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks. ---

Hi, Most likely it is your bank rejecting this payment. Contact them and ask why. Also mention that it is a recurring/subscription payment, which is sometimes being blocked by default. You can also contact PayPal support and ask why the payments are failing. Regards, Stephen ---

I don’t know where that came from. It has nothing to do with navigraph it’s about a mod for msfs 2020. I have received an email from another representative and sent them some screen shots of what messages I get when I try to pay. Im going to try and make it to the bank tomorrow and see if they know what’s going on.
