# Unable to login to Navi graph account on PC

Please see attached logs requested

This is the google chrome web browser login error when trying to login to either SimBrief or Navigraph account:

This site can’t be reached  
**[identity.api.navigraph.com](http://identity.api.navigraph.com)** refused to connect.

Try:

- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR\_CONNECTION\_REFUSED

When trying to sign into navigraph hub this is the error:

have spent most of the day troubleshooting the chrome web browser login error when trying to login to either SimBrief or Navigraph account using numerous recommended fixes from web searches with no luck  
I also disconnected from my home network and connected to my mobile phone hotspot and still received the same errors.
