Unable to login to Navi graph account on PC

Hello Navigraph Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent issue where I am completely blocked from logging into my Navigraph account, Navigraph Hub, and SimBrief.

When I try to access the login page or services on my normal home network I have a site can’t be reached, identity.api.navigate.com refused to connect, ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

This error may have been after a windows update but cannot confirm. Regardless it started on 9/29/2026.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

  • Rebooted router and WIFI
  • Rebooted computer
  • Synchronized my Windows system time and date.
  • Flushed my DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns)
  • Tried multiple browsers
  • Checked my Windows Defender Firewall settings
  • Added chrome as a program allowed to access the network.

I have no problems with access on my mobile device.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Please reset your network settings in Windows OS and try logging into the Navigraph applications again.

Please see attached logs requested

This is the google chrome web browser login error when trying to login to either SimBrief or Navigraph account:

This site can’t be reached
identity.api.navigraph.com refused to connect.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

When trying to sign into navigraph hub this is the error:

have spent most of the day troubleshooting the chrome web browser login error when trying to login to either SimBrief or Navigraph account using numerous recommended fixes from web searches with no luck
I also disconnected from my home network and connected to my mobile phone hotspot and still received the same errors.

Thanks for the logs and the testing with your phone, those were very helpful.

Can you check a few commands, please

  1. Press Windows Key + R and enter Terminal
  2. Copy/Paste this commands one by one
    • Test-NetConnection identity.apy.navigraph.com -Port 443
    • findstr /i navigraph C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
  3. If Navigraph appears in the hosts file, delete all references in the host (just delete the entire line)

Also, its a stretch but try Firefox as a test. It has a DNS over HTTPS feature that will bypass the hosts file. It could be worth a look.

Let us know how you get on with this.

Thanks,

Team Navigraph -

Thank you for being patient and working this issue with me. I am happy to report that the problem has been resolved and I have successfully logged onto all navigraph applications from my PC.

I followed your terminal command instructions which identified lines in the host file from a recent community mod that I downloaded from Flightsim. To I deleted that mod and removed the lines from the host file that contained navigraph

Thank You

Thanks so much for the update.

Out of curiosity, what mod was it?

Free OANS/ANF/BTV And Navigraph Charts For MSFS2020 And MSFS2024

Someone just left a comment for that mod that they had the same problem as I and provided similar instructions as you provided to resolve the issue.

Thank you
