Our logs so far have given us “no joy” in finding the issue. There are clear logs, but no signs of any requests from you to the relevant server for this feature. This makes us believe that your computers cannot resolve the address to our server - for unknown reasons. Are you using a VPN? Are you using any specific anti-virus? Kind Regards, Malte ---

I use Navigraph on remote computer. Maybe memory (if MSFS and Navigraph are on the same computer) is full, no? ---

I don’t use a VPN and no extra anti-virus besides MS Defender. I even tried with switching off Defender. I also reinstalled it multiple times and it works on serveral other devices, just not this one. I don’t understand that everything works fine with Firefox as webbrowser but not with Edge. The App probably runs on the Edge engine? I cleared cache in Edge and reset settings to default without any luck. ---

No VPN and just basic MS Devender… I am running on a remote PC as well. All hard cable to the routers. Nothing is on Wi-Fi ---

I noticed this morning there was no entry in Windows Firewall for Navigraph so I manually added it and made no difference. I also shut off Windows Firewall and that didn’t change anything either. Now interestingly enough I opened up one of my other PCs (still running Win10) and went to [charts.navigraph.com](http://charts.navigraph.com) on the PC in Chrome and everything works fine over there. So it’s very much something specific with the computer. ---

Hi Quick question, When we saw you guys at Vegas at the FS Expo, you mentioned the online part about seeing each other withi flying online. SOme of us not flying on Vatsin or IVAO, we fly on JoinFS and it was mentioned we could see each other on that as well when we are flying. I’ve only been able to find the traffic so far on vatsim and ivao. Have yoyu gotten that far yet on it? I know this is beta as well. Thanks on any info. Great job too. ---

Yes i have, only use Chrome myself but did it with Edge as well just encase. Still nothing. ---

Same problem at FACT Tower and Ground both active but not showing up, this is the second time within a week of my arrv / dept FACT. Traffic does show up. ---

Yup still an issue… Tried the DNS change and browser flush several times. Still no change in the outcome. Yet it works find on my mobile devices. ---

So little more information on this. Still doesn’t work for me in the Windows app, Chrome or Edge (done the flush and DNS several times) on my secondary PC. However I installed Firefox today and set it to the default browser and I can see traffic and ATC in Firefox via the [charts.navigraph.com](http://charts.navigraph.com). But still not from the Windows App 🤷‍♂️ ---

Some more info on this topic from my end… I also only use Vatsim. So really not meant for the merged topic as that doesn’t seem at all similar to what I’m seeing. Last weekend I completely wiped my system and started fresh. And still no traffic… Yet it shows find on my other PCs and mobile devices. Clearly this has to be a computer hardware / driver issue that’s creating the issues.
