now I can’t install the data at all for the MD-11. I click install and it just turns yellow “installing” for a second and turns blue “install” again. What’s going on?
If i read the last few posts correctly, they just decided to drop support for us MD-11 users ![]()
the way I understood those messages was that they would be doing that started from the next cycle?
Hold on, the path is incorrect yes …
Will upload a new file, thanks for the hint … That’s one of the reason why manual creating packages are so difficult.
Cheers
Richard
No, we still support it but due maintenance we will temporary suspend the data management.
Cheers
Richard
Richard, will you please send another message here once you believe it has been fixed?
Thank you!
Yes, that is right.
Cheers
Richard
Yes, I still working on it.
Thank you
Richard
As an update, we have found a solution for the packaging system in our environment. We are still testing the build because we have tested this with 2504, too.
That means we can continue offering the data without any temporary downtime when this works.
Keep you informed - please be patient. We are working on it
Cheers
Richard
Leave it be. It’s important we have our data. I’m sure he knows. Let’s just get this problem solved once and for all and be done with it.
The installation is now broken, but there is a workaround. See my post here for the workaround
Hi again,
We have rebuilt parts of the package builder now, which is necessary to create the packages for the Hub. We have made a few tests and have built the TFDi MD11 AIRAC 2504 again with this new build.
The upload is finished. Please re-download the TFDi MD11 AIRAC cycle 2504 and let us know if the correct AIRAC cycle is now included and if the installation works normally.
TFDi MD11 AIRAC 2504 revision 1 is now back online.
When this works (and we expect it), we will use the new package builder for the next cycles to avoid discontinuity.
Thank you very much,
Richard
Certainly expect higher from this company.
Some professionalism goes a long way, and this was certainly poor handling on your behalf.
Let’s not make this personal. Richard has given up a substantial part of his Easter to work on this difficult issue. We are confident it is now resolved. Let’s move on.
Ian
