I had v1.1.18.0, and the update was successful (not only on our systems but also confirmed by TFDi and a few customers). I have tried to update the MD11 now but I have v1.1.21.0:
So, I can´t test it with your version. I would recommend updating the TFDi, restarting the sim, loading the TFDi, closing the sim, and trying the update again. Possible TFDi has made an update due to some issues, I don´t know… but the Hub can update the TFDi MD11 without any issues.
By the way, according to the log files, the installation was successful, so it’s possible that it’s really a version issue.
I’ve tried everything, but it’s not working. I reinstalled Navigraph Hub, but that didn’t help either. I also reinstalled MD-11. I’ll contact TFDi support. Thanks for your help anyway; it might not be your fault. Navigraph is my life!
