Stops working

My simbrief on the inibuilds a350 stops working about one hour into a flight. It has done this three times over the last couple of days (every flight). It occurs after I have looked at the destination weather. It says |I am not logged in and will not re log in despite taking me to the authorisation page.

The only way it works again is to exit msfs24, close the computer down and start again.

Any ideas please?

Hi Lee,

Please confirm that the iniBuilds A350 v 1.1.5 and Navigraph AIRAC 2509 have been installed.

Please provide screenshots of the usage and errors using Guide to posting Screenshots.

I have the latest AIRAC and the latest version of the A350 installed.

Will get back to you with screenshots when I’ve done another flight.

The first screen is how Simbrief goes after closing the Weather at Destination window. The subsequent shots are attempts to re start it. It says I am not logged into my Simbrief account even though the weather still pulls through to the Landing Performance page when synching. The only thing I haven’t been able to do is scan the pattern as I can’t do that.

Any ideas please?

After the 4th screen, the EFB should show you as Signed In and without the Authentication pop-up:

Are you not getting this?

Also, please confirm you are using MSFS 2024 release V 1.5.27.0

Hi Ian,

No, I’m not getting that.

I know what it should do, it just doesn’t.

I can confirm that latest AIRAC, latest update to the A350 and latest version of MSFS24 installed.

It always happens after I close down the Arrival Airport weather and runways page ( the one that gives Vatsim metars and TAF) on the ”x” button.

I’ll try a flight not using that page. I only just discovered it last week, I‘ve only had the 350 for less than a month and I’m still discovering things about it and Simbrief that I didn’t know.

Any help you can give would be great.

Still doing it, usually after closing the destination airport weather after a few times.

Does it on both aircraft I fly, Inibuilds A350 and Fenix A320 family.

Are you saying you are required to re-login to SimBrief after exiting a particular screen in SimBrief Dispatch?

Please show a screenshot of this screen before it causes the issue, and then after.

Normally, re-logging in suggests a loss of connection to SimBrief. To test whether that is causing it, try disabling any antivirus and firewall.
