Some of my MSFS aircrafts have disappeared after installing navigraph data. How do i get my aircrafts back? pls help

This is unlikely due to the data because we don´t delete, change, or move anything from the SIM. The Hub installs only two packages in the Community-Folder, that´s it. There are NO changes somewhere else.
When you uninstall the data, the Hub only deletes these two folders—that’s the logic behind it. So, something else must happen on your system, but the Hub or the data doesn´t react to/remove anything on your system.
