It looks like there is a spelling error in Charts and/or navdata for SKBQ Barranquilla, Colombia. The data is showing arrival LOLU1A, but I can only find a chart for LOLUD1A.

no this is correct … As you see on the charts, LOLUD 1A is the same as LOLU1A but the ARINC424 format does only accept 6 character idents, therefore it is trimmed.
