Simlink will not connect to msfs2024

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that you Sign-In into the Simlink application using your Navigraph account.
  2. Simlink must be running when you start MSFS 2024.
  3. Check this link for the correct system configuration.
  4. If the issue persists, please send us the Simlink logs, which can be found in the folder located at %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs.
