To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that you Sign-In into the Simlink application using your Navigraph account.
- Simlink must be running when you start MSFS 2024.
- Check this link for the correct system configuration.
- If the issue persists, please send us the Simlink logs, which can be found in the folder located at
%APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs
.
