# Simlink will not connect to msfs2024

Simlink will not connect to msfs2024.

Hi,
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 2 or three times with the latest version downloaded from the link on you website.
It’s worked since the day it was released until now. I am using msfs2024 with navigraph charts on another laptop. But simlink itself is saying it cannot connect to the simulator.

Please confirm you have Simlink installed on your MSFS 2024 machine and not on any other machine.

Yes it’s on my msfs2024 computer and nowhere else.

Hello,
To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you Sign-In into the Simlink application using your Navigraph account.
2. Simlink must be running when you start MSFS 2024.
3. Check [this link](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/simlink-not-connecting-with-msfs/5219/13) for the correct system configuration.
4. If the issue persists, please send us the Simlink logs, which can be found in the folder located at `%APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs`.
