Hi,

Please check [this](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/faq-simlink-can-have-problem-with-more-than-one-version-of-p3d/3813), to verify that Simlink plugins are installed correctly.

And please make sure that the Simlink application and Navigraph Charts application, login with the same Navigrahp user.
