# Simlink doesn't work on my Mac

Hi ! Just bought and Install the Navigraph Charts app and on the web site it says that the app is bundled with Charts and is not necessary to download BUT when I open the sim (XP11) and after the Navigraph app it always tell me could not Connect to simulator ! Why ??

Welcome.

The installer includes Charts and Simlink. Make sure your install both from the installer window.

With X-Plane 11 running please post screenshot of Simlink Status page using [Guide to posting Screenshots](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/posting-guide-uploading-screenshots-or-images/116/2) and [FAQ - Simlink Install and Systray](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/faq-simlink-install-and-systray/58)
