# SimLink Authentication failed

Hi,  
If you are using Firefox as the default browser, then please check [this](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/faq-firefox-may-start-an-app-when-simlink-starts/2995) for firefox browser configuration to open the Simlink application.

And if still issue is there then please check Simlink configuration,  
To fix just follow these troubleshooting points.

1. If you install the Simlink on [macOS](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/simlink-crashes-on-startup-after-updating/9372/6).
2. if you install the Simlink on [Windows](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/navigraph-simlink-sign-in/8157/10).

Please let us know if the issue is fixed or not.
