# Similink not work for Microsoft Fly Simulator 2020

I have a problem with the Similink update, I have already downloaded the latest Similink update and it does not work, I hope you can help me solve this small problem, I have Windows 10, I await your comments, thank you very much in advance, greetings!

Hi,

To sign in with Simlink, please ensure your system’s default web browser is open for Navigraph user sign-in. There are a few things you should check before proceeding:

1. Make sure that Simlink is allowed by your antivirus or other security software.
2. Ensure that your system time is synced with the internet.
3. If you still have the same issues, please clean up the Simlink configuration by following the [steps](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/unable-to-sign-into-simlink/6837/17) provided.

I have already made all the settings that you suggested and SIMILINK does not work, it worked perfectly until the SIMILINK update announcement appeared, at that moment the disconnection began and I do not know why, every time I turn on the computer the legend VALIDATION appears and This is how it stays loading without stopping, I hope you can help me solve this problem, thank you very much in advance, greetings!

Hello,

To enable Moving Map functionality, Simlink must be logged in with your Navigraph user account. Please click the SignIn button on the Simlink application, and it will open the default web browser to log in with your Navigraph User credentials.

If the web browser does not open, please check the following:

1. Ensure that your system date and time are synced with the internet.
2. Check if the correct web browser is set as the default browser.

If you encounter any issues with your Navigraph product, please do not hesitate to let us know.
