Hi, when I try to log into simbrief in game I am stuck at the popup window. I’ve uninstalled and installed the simbrief plugin at the Navigraph hub and also cleared my cache data in the web browser but nothing changes. I’ve tried to link my simbrief in game at the website and it says that the account was linked succesfully but nothing changes, and I’m all out of ideas what to do.

Firstly, log into your Navigraph account and check the authenticated devices. You’ll find that option on the left panel of your Navigraph account. The SimBrief authentication should reference the SimBrief EFB App. Sign this out, and then try signing back into the EFB app on MSFS2020 again.

It still seems not to log me in. And I’ve tried what you replied.

Do you use any 3rd party flight planning plugins or apps? Sometimes these have the capacity to interfere with EFB apps.

I have PACX and FSUIP and I was wondering it is maybe interfering with Simbrief.

Disable/uninstall those and see how it goes.

I did that but nothing seems to change.

I have not been able to reproduce this, unfortunately.

Remove the SimBrief app via Navigraph Hub, go to the community folder and make sure that no reminants of SimBrief exist. If anything remains, just manually delete those. Then install SimBrief EFB app again.

The default locations for the community folder are below.

#### **For the Windows Store install:**

C:\Users\*\*USERNAME\*\*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator\_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community

#### **For the Steam install:**

C:\Users\*\*USERNAME\*\* \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community
