am new here and would like to get help.
I´ve been working hard for five weeks now to get familiar with MSFS 2024 after a more than 20 years pause with FS 2000.
Don´t get along with SimBrief. Make a new flightplan EDDM - to EDDH (Germany). Shows a somewhat confusing way through northern Germany, but the waypoints are plausible and end at the Hamburg RW.
I have … UPALA, NARUS then DCT to ABGUS , DIRBO and RARUP/RARUP3P. Following what I would interpret as STAR fixes - DH 600, DH 611, 615, 655, 657 and then EDDH . After development and saving with SimBrief Downloader I transfer the saved plan into EFB of my plane ( Synchronizing with Avionics was easier with FS 2020, which I installed as well, but it doen´t start anymore after an update) . If I look at the flightplan in EFB, the last fix point is RARUP , all STAR fixes missing. RARUP is exactly east of EDDH and my plane would fligh directly to the airport,crossing the runways in the middle of the airport.
Anyboda any idea? NOT A SINGLE FLIGHTPLAN created with SimBrief works.
What goes wrong? What do I do wrong ?
You will need to add the STAR (RARUP 3P) and final approach manually. Which aircraft are you flying?

The only aircraft that work halfway ok in 2024 FS are the Vision Jet, Cessna Citation Longitude and the TBM 930. All airliners are useless to me, because they don´t take inputs as VS Up & DN, cause the cockpits are too dark and the displays unreadable. The only planes I can work with are Garmin 1,000 and 3,000 cockpits.
Thx. for your reply. Unfortunately I do not get along with the addition of a STAR. I tried short routes such as EDFE to EDDF in Germany - no chance. All I get is nonsense and my plane always looses given tracks. My A/C is caught pretty well after takeoff by Nav/EFS and follows the first violet track, but pretty soon it gets confused due to pretty funny waypoints… . I try again and again- right now I tried another SimBrief flightplan EDFE to EDDF. Sent the developed plan to EFB and on top of world chart the plane is set to start from EDFE as planned, but the arrival airport is set to EDFE as well, not Frankfurt. And the plane sits on the wrong runway- correct on 08 on MFD, but 240 on PFD.
My son ´screw´a PC for far above 3,000 Euros together . Tested it damn hard with 3DGraph - it seems to work pretty well. Results of 99 and 98 %… . Do you see the possibility, that there are Hardware problems. My MSFS 2024 makes so much nonsense- I could give you a list pages long. My FS 2020, which I bought and install after the 2024, does not open any more after a full update of 135 GB. I am pretty speechless and baffled. So far, the FS are nothing more than poorly functioning games.

This usually happens because SimBrief only sends the basic route to MSFS. The STAR and approach are often not loaded automatically.Try importing the SimBrief plan first, then manually select the STAR (like RARUP3P) and the approach in your aircraft’s FMS or avionics. After selecting it, the missing waypoints should appear.Also make sure your AIRAC cycle is the same in SimBrief and MSFS to avoid missing fixes.
