Hello. In Novermber 2024 I first met the issue that [simbrief.com](http://simbrief.com) doesn’t load on any device connected to home wi-fi despite VPN or LTE. Sometimes the website could work in night time. After 3 times of reaching for the ISP they always sent me to you as they didn’t find any problems in their canals. In 20-ies of November I unchecked an arrow on TCP/IPv6, which unblocked the mysterious ban. This worked until 19th of January 2025 and I can’t use the website again at all with random accesses during the day.

Can you help me please? I will be very grateful. I didn’t find any reliable solution to this problem on this website (even though one’s guide that helped someone with the same problem 3 years ago worked for me).

Thanks,

Alexander

Hi, Alexander. I’m using the Rostelecom provider, and everything works fine without a VPN.

I also use RTK, but the router won’t let the website work even after complete internet router reset
