Show AI Traffic on the map and charts

TL;DR: We are actively working on this feature!

There was also another, similar topic that gained substantially more votes:

In fact, several other topics have received more votes than this one. The Navigraph development team is small, and we have to prioritize accordingly. We have things to take care of on our side as well - unfortunately we can’t only work on new features even if we’d love to! In reality, we need to consolidate maintenance, bug fixing and performance improvements with adding new features from this Wishlist.

With the release of the online networks feature last year, we also received new requests for sources like BeyondATC and Sayintentions, in addition to showing other Navigraph users. We have since promised that we will be adding more sources over time, including those aforementioned.

Between the end of the development of the online traffic features and now, we have been busy responding to feedback related to this feature, as well as fixing bugs related to it. While it is still officially in BETA with active development still needed, we plan on ending said beta soon. In between, there have also been other large features introduced that have also consumed developer resources.

Progress update - Things are happening!

At the beginning of this summer, Navigraph announced a new version of Simlink that will have several benefits over the old one. Among said benefits is the ability to include traffic from your simulator! This feature addresses this topic directly, and should satisfy the needs expressed here.

This new version is still in development. It will include several other features, and coordinating them with third-party developers to make them useful and stable is important to us. This means that we can’t provide any ETAs - but we can say that we are actively working on it! Vacation season here in Sweden is also affecting this progress, but we’ll be up to speed again in the fall.

To summarize, we are actively working on this and believe that you will be happy with the finished product!

Best Regards,
Malte
