That HTTPS status error suggests there is no connection between Simlink and the internet, its likely caused by a VPN or some security software like anti-virus or your firewall.

I would suggest the following,

1. Disable any VPN or proxy service.
2. Open your internet options (internet options → connections → LAN settings. Untock any manual proxy and leave “automatically detect settings” on.
3. Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall or add exceptions for Simlink.

If the connection issue persists, we will need more Simlink logging to investigate with. Fly around normally for a while so more data can be logged and send us the file. The guide for that is below.

1. Open Simlink
2. Select the `Logs` tab
3. Press the `Open log folder` button in the bottom right
4. In the window that opens, find the latest modified file and upload it here.

Thanks.
