After not using Navigraph for a long time, I can no longer log in to the hub. After confirming the email, the log in always appears.

Try Uninstalling Navigraph Hub, and downloading and reinstalling Navigraph Hub. Restart computer.
You have a valid subscription. Check carefully your login email and password.
