# Randomly losing my Navigraph subscription login

We have just confirmed Kaspersky to be the culprit for [another, very similar issue](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/i-cant-authenticate-on-charts/14532/8).

I am going to assume that disabling the antivirus is going to solve the issue for you too! I am sure that it is also possible to configure the antivirus to not interfere with our products, but I can’t help you with this process unfortunately.

If you disabled the antivirus and you still have these issues, please let us know!

Hi!  
This was the culprit on my end. After disabling this Asus software never had another disco.
