Random VPN download problem

Hi there

Everything worked fine here for a long time - that is, untill I recently installed Surfshark VPN, then the download sessions has become randomly unstable inside SimBrief - specifically regarding to “Update - Update a new weather snapshot” via Active Sky P3D.

  • The other day, it was totally impossible to dowload anything inside SimBrief, even when disabling VPN. I then fully uninstalled Surfshark VPN and SimBrief worked again.
  • Today I reinstalled Surfshark VPN and “Update - Update a new weather snapshot” suddenly works again - though a bit slow, but okay.

VPN is totally new to me, so I wonder if there is a (general) setting inside Surfshark VPN that would help me with this random problem?

This problem was eventually solved somehow by it self after a couple of days.
But it’s no good of the support team, ignoring this issue with no answer here whatsoever!

Our sincere apologies for missing this, however thanks for letting us know that it’s resolved now.

I have not heard of this issue and unfortunately would not have known what to suggest. :confused:
