Hi,
I noticed that the weather radar overlay is not displayed anymore. The web App gets 429 (too many requests) from the rainviewer.com tilecache. They recently adapted their API and do rate limiting. I think you need to add rate limiting in order to get this working again.

Yes, we have noticed that changes are being made at Rainviewer and our understanding is that rate-limits won’t be enough in this case. We’ll likely need to look at alternatives!
I don’t have an update or estimate on this right now unfortunately, but we’re looking into it.
