Hi, I cannot update airac at FMS and Navigraph cycle at OIS in my A350 MSFS 2020. Full reinstalling aircraft and deleting “work” folder are not effective.

Can you report this to the navigraph as it doesn’t seem like your subscription is being detected?

In OIS, when you use the OPEN IN BROWSER or Scan you should receive an email with a code. Please enter this to connect to Navigraph.

This shows he is connected but apparently doesn’t hot have an active subscription. My guess would be two Navigraph accounts?

Nope:( Single account, single e-mail for Navigraph and Simbrief (and for iniBuilds store)
I had already checked you had the one account. Make sure you are enter this correctly and enter the code in the email.

Oh … also my fault. The OP is speaking from MSFS2020, so no SU4 issue here

Thank you for the fast reply 
I never received any codes with e-mail. I used QR-code scanning by phone, then used PC browser with my account, also used code from OIS to browser. No result. OIS shows me this picture every time, but Navigraph page approves connection 
But now… problem is solved! I don’t understand this mechanism, but during another attempt I open the browser, exit from Navigraph account, log in again and then using code from OIS. Finally it’s updating
