# Posting Guide - FMS Data Services

As many problems have been reported and solved in these forums, please search the forum for your problem before posting.  
When reporting a problem, always specify these details:

- _Operating System: (e.g. Win 11, MacOS with version)_
- _Flight Sim Version: (e.g. FS9, FSX, P3D V5, X-Plane 11, MSFS)_
- _Add-on: (e.g. FF A320, PMDG 737- 800 etc)_
- AIRAC Update No: (e.g. 2011)\*
- _Problem Details: ( **so that the problem can be replicated** , e.g. missing xxxx SID at airport yyyy, as per AIP chart at [www.somewebsite.com](http://www.somewebsite.com/).)_
- Any non-standard hardware or software: (List add on gauges, add on scenery, etc)
