When posting a Charts question or issue, please

Make sure you are running the latest version of [Charts](https://navigraph.com/account/downloads/charts).

If you are asking about a Flight Plan, please post the Flight Plan as a text string such as  
NZWN/16 DOGB1Q GULUT M639 SAVER G329 UGTUG UGTU1A YBBN/GLENN.I01R, rather than as an image.

In this way the plan can be loaded directly into Charts.
