After upgrading my navigraph database my PMS50 will only show visual approaches, the RNAV/ILS is missing. When i remove navigraph database the approaches show up again. Upon adding the navigraph stuff back the approaches are again not visable. Anyone know a solution to this? Currently i have to uninstall navigraph to load an RNAV/ILS on my pms 50.

Hi,
Do you have any 3rd-party scenery installed? If yes, temporarily remove all 3rd-party scenery and try it again…

Easiest & fastest way:

- Rename your community folder
- Open the Hub, install the AIRAC cycle
- Start the sim and try it again

Which airport? Which procedure?

Thank you,
Richard

Hello,

I was using stock airports. I have also loaded an Empty community folder with only pms50 / navigraph addons installed.

I am having the issue with multiple but specifically we can use CYPE to CYEG as an example. All I can see is the visual approaches, none of the RNAV/ILS etc.

May I ask if you can check this in the stock EFB? Or in the default G1000?

PMS uses the underlying stock data, so I am curious whether you can select it on any other device.

Thanks for testing
Richard

One question - do you stream all, or have you downloaded something?

Sorry for this single questions, but I try to find out why this happened on your system. Do you have the PMS free or subscription model?

Cheers
Richard

PS: sorry, thanks for the information and screenshots

I have them downloaded. I have the premium pms50. No worries, appreciate the help.

I have checked your content-file, there are a lot of packages included which are activated … so is your `community-folder` really “clean”, excl. our packages and the PMS?

as an example:
`communityfs20-joelster-airport-cyvr-vancouver`

When yes, please delete the content-file and re-run the sim and upload the content-file again please.

Cheers,
Richard

Hello,

Yes, it really was “clean”.

I didn’t know you needed to delete the file for it to update?

I loaded in and it didn’t auto update if that was the assumption.

I guess since it needs to be said, I don’t have the same working knowledge as you. If there is a step like that it could be helpful to include it 🙂

Exactly, it should be recreated automatically through the sim after the next restart.

The correct content file is in your subfolder; did you possibly delete the wrong one?

Knowledge 🙈 … I guess we are sitting in the same boat currently 😉

Hi,
Can you try this? And can you please report back whether it was successful?
