# PMDG737 Xbox S

Hello! I recently just purchased the PMDG 737 on Xbox S. I was able to like my account to navigraph but my problem is that when I try to enter my simbrief alias into the EFB, it’s stuck on “none” no matter what I do. I have deleted and re downloaded the aircraft and I also have reset the EFB. Problem stays the same. Pls help!

Welcome

In the EFB, try entering your SimBrief alias rather than Pilot ID.

The problem is that when I put in my my simbrief alias, it’s stuck on “none”

I am using Msfs for Xbox and cannot get my alias to load in the computer pad on the pmdg 737-700

Welcome.

Try entering the alias from one of your two live accounts, and not your deleted account. Indeed try aliases from each live account.

Using [Guide to posting Screenshots](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/posting-guide-uploading-screenshots-or-images/116/2) please post screenshots showing the attempts and the error messages.

I don’t have an Xbox to confirm,

Please check you have enabled the on screen keyboard option on the UFT.

I got it working and loving it. Needed a keyboard and mouse
