Hello, I purchased a PMDG 777. I downloaded Hub. Everything appears to be installed on the tablet. However, MCDU doesn’t recognize the new AirAC update. I would be very grateful for your help.

Welcome.
Please try updating the AIRAC data using the Navigraph Hub. This issue has been resolved. We are awaiting a PMDG fix for the EFB update.

Problem persists. I downloaded all updates from the HUB and installed them on the PMDG tablet. Although it says “installed” on the screen, the AIRAC 2602 tablet and MCDU are not updated.
Try just updating the AIRAC in the Hub; do not update in the EFB.
If the problem persists, you will need to wait for a release from PMDG.

One additional question:
Can you reinstall the PMDG, please, and check if you see the default cycle? Means: install the PMDG, but don´t update the data immediately. Start the sim and the PMDG first, and look if you have data inside the FMC. Can you check this, please?

Hello. I uninstalled and reinstalled MSFS24 and PMDG 777 300ER. However, the problem persists. The tablet and FMC don’t recognize the AirAC component. I’m really sorry. I don’t know what to do. By the way, I’m using a PC.

You installed the PMDG 777 without installing our data, and you have no data in the FMC?

Let me explain: the charts are coming in. Other information is coming in, like the Simbrief route. But because AirAC isn’t working on the tablet, and there haven’t been any updates, I can’t enter the route. It’s like the pictures I sent you earlier.
This is strange.
Please,
- Using OC3, uninstall/reinstall PMDG 777-300ER.
- Start the sim and check on the FMC ident page, that you have at least an outdated AIRAC cycle installed (it comes with the PMDG setup)
When yes:
- Close the sim
- In Navigraph Hub, Remove, Install PMDG 777-300ER.
- Start MSFS 2024 with PMDG 777-300ER
- Do not update Navdata in EFB at any time.
In FMC Ident, you should see:

On my first attempt, no AIRAC versions appear on FMC Ident page. Didnt work on second attempt same. Am i missing a file or am i doing something wrong?
Ok, so it is not an issue with our data, because when you made a fresh installation of your PMDG, the setup included an outdated AIRAC cycle.
There is something wrong with your system that may block the data and/or prevent the setup from installing the data.
Please disable all anti-virus, Windows Defender, or similar tools. After that, try to reinstall the PMDG. Start the sim, open PMDG, and check if you have an outdated cycle in your FMC. When not, I would recommend opening a ticket with PMDG, because this has nothing to do with the Hub and/or our data.
