This happens with both the PMDG 777-200/300ER, all the approaches load in properly through the FMC but when it comes to establishing on the ILS the aircraft won’t establish on the LOC or GS. I’ve verified the CRS and FREQ within the FMC and even re-loaded approached. This happens everywhere only with the PMDG 777.
I am currently on AIRAC Cycle 2506 Rev.1

Did you write that this happened only on the PMDG T7? Do you use any other 3rd party aircraft?
It seems you made a mistake or something is wrong with your installation.
What SIM do you use? 2020 or 2024?

Hey Richard,
My apologies, I just moved over to MSFS 24 and have only tested the 777s till earlier. I just tested the iniA350 as well, and issue seems to be persistent with this aircraft as well.
In terms of installation, I’ve tried re-installing the 777s but to no avail with this issue.

ALSO, I loaded into the C172 and could only see visual approaches on the G1000 at multiple airports within the DC area (KIAD/KHEF/KJYO/KDCA). That definitely isn’t right
