Hello, is it possible to complete ETNL? Including the new waypoints? For example, RNP 27 NL572/571, etc. The military procedures are missing.

Navigraph provides navigation data that is available to the public. If procedures are military-only, they are unlikely to appear in official AIP documents.
If you believe that data is missing, please provide references to real-world AIP documents.

The military procedures are published and available online.
The files are named as follows: CENOR FLIP VOL I to III. These are available at https://www.milais.org/, forwarded from BAF - Homepage - Luftfahrthandbuch Deutschland und militärische Luftfahrtprodukte kostenlos digital abrufbar. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find an English version.

I think I may need to clarify: Jeppesen data only contains data made for civilian customers. This means that procedures that are not part of the official AIP will not be included.
The links you have provided seem to be some custom dataset supplied by a German authority specifically serving the military.
The German Military Aviation Authority combines the technical responsibility for safety in military flight operations in Germany.

If any of these procedures are documented in the official civilian AIP (found here) but are missing in the Charts app, feel free to share them! We can then pass this information on to our data provider.

as it seems the communication between Bundeswehr and DFS was not the best 
But if I may, I’d like to add a bug, I noticed:
the missed approach for the ILS-Z RWY09 in the charts shows a left turn, whilst in the database it’s programmed as right turn. (tested on XP12, Toliss A3xx)
correct is in case of 09 a left hand turn, 27 right hand.

Hello Malte, you refer to the DFS website and argue that only slots published there will be taken into account. But where does the data for Wunsdorf ETNW or Geilenkirchen ETNG come from, for example?
Typically, if you do not see taxiway centerlines, the data is coming from OpenStreetMap.
