# Password reset email

- Op System: Win 11
- FS Version: MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024
- Add-on: N/A
- AIRAC Update No: Unsure
- Problem Details so that the problem can be replicated: Hi there. I have been trying to reset the account password to my main Navigraph account (\*\*\*\*@\*\*\*\*\*[wart.co.uk](http://wart.co.uk)). I cannot get it to login at all and the reset email never arrives. I have checked spam folders too but nothing.
