PAKT ILS-Z 11 wrong alt cstr at PUTIY on XP11

Hi,

XP11, ToLiSS A319, AIRAC 2305 rev 1.

ILS-Z 11 approach is vertically defined as:

Unfortunately, when choosing the appraoch (via ANN) in FMS, the altitude constraint at PUTIY is misdefined as 2400-3000ft where it should be exactly 3000, not any lower:

Culprit seems to be the definition of PUTIY:

So the end of the APPR VIA “ANN” has PUTIY correctly with @3000 constraint, but the ILS-Z procedure itself starting at PUTIY has 2400-3000 for unknown reasons.
