Nothing seems to connect

Windows 11, MSFS 2024 trying to fly an A320neo. I can’t get anything to connect. If I load a flightplan from Simbrief, it appears to load, you can see the loaded information before the flight, but nothing comes up on the FMC. Push the flightplan button on the MFC and it says disconnected???

Also, I have installed the EFB software from you Navigraph hub but don’t see Dispatch in the EFB.

I’m completely lost here and can’t get any flight plan to work on MSFS 2024. Unless you like flying in straight lines, it not much fun in an A320.

For the A320neo(v2) in MSFS 2024, you can load SimBrief flight plan into MCDU using INIT REQUEST.

Also if EFB Charts app is loaded in Navigraph Hub, you should see SimBrief Dispatch in the EFB accessed by TAB key.
