No cards in the efb of PMDG B737

I am not seeing any maps in the EFB of the PMDG B737-800. I can load the flight plan and view it in the FMC, but when I try to access the SID card, nothing happens. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled items in the Navigraph Hub and closed and restarted the flight simulator, but the problem persists. I would appreciate help with this issue.

Please advise which operating system and which flight simulator? Which version of PMDG 737-800?

Also, please provide the flight plan in plain text so I can copy and paste it into SimBrief

The operating system is windows 11 and I use the PMDG B737-800 for MSFS 2024. I have no trouble with the flightplan, I see it in the fmc and I can also import to Little Navmap. With the flightplan is nothing wrong. I see also the maps in Navigraph Charts no problem with that, but only in the EFB from the plane is there nothing to see. And I get the message “Unable to retrieve Chart. Confirm that you are authenticated to Navigraph and that this is a valid airport ICAO code.” The ICA code is SLLP a valid code in Bolivia.

In the EFB General Preferences page, make sure you have entered your SimBrief Alias and signed in to Navigraph Authentication.
