New users getting banned

I downloaded the X-Plane app on my phone a few months ago. When I use the sim in multi player mode, I never ban anybody in case they are still learning the ropes like myself, but as soon as I start I get “Shadow Banned”. I’m telling you, it really sucks. You should try to be more patient with new users like myself.

Welcome.

Navigraph is a navdata supplier and not the supplier of X-Plane Mobile. Navigraph has not “Shadow Banned” you. I don’t even know how we could. Maybe post screenshot of any such message.

I believe that it was a malicious ATC that did it.
