New AIRAC not identified by ProSim after Hub Update

I have updated AIRAC to 2512, but ProSim does not identify it.

It can not, as the AIRAC files did not go into the correct folder. It appears, the navdata has not been downlloaded at all, as I can nowhere find a cycle_info.txt for the new AIRAC.

In general I find it really bad usability, that there is no possibility to change the download directory, not even view the directory!

Previous AIRAC updates worked. The issue started with update of Navigraph Hub today.

Sorry, but ProSim is not part of the Navigraph Hub. You can install ProSim via the manual setups on the webpage or through the FMS Data Manager, and in both cases, you can select the folder yourself.

What do you mean by ProSim not being part of Navigraph Hub. My understanding so far was, that I am supposed to use Navigraph hub instead of the FMS Data Manager.

Now you are saying, I shall NOT use N. Hub for ProSim? Please confirm.

Yes, right - ProSim is not part of the Hub and was not part of the Hub. How have you updated it till now?

this is funny…I changed from P3D to ProSim beginning of this year and went on with FMS Data Manager. But I couldn’t get the folder structure to work, as despite the selected directory, additional subfolders have been created. Then I was pointed to Navigraph Hub and it worked smoothly for the last 2-3 AIRAC cycles.
But with the latest Hub Update it seems, it doesn’t dowload data at all. What is the supposed folder, where I should find the AIRAC data?

Please contact ProSim for this question. As I have written, ProSim is not part of the Navigraph Hub. You can only update ProSim via the manual setups and the FMS Data Manager. In both variations, you can enter the correct folder (if you know it), but for this, please ask ProSim to provide a clear and 100% accurate answer.

Thank you
Richard

I know, what the correct ProSim folder is. My questions is, where the Navigraph Hub puts the data, as there is no configuration menu available.

Anyhow, I will go back to Data Manager and give it a try again.

There is no need for any manual changes in the Hub because the Hub identifies the addons itself and sets the correct location. The Navigraph Hub is not designed for use with the ProSim add-on. So please use the FMS Data Manager and/or the Manual installer from the webpage.

Cheers,
Richard
