Using the latest Synaptic A220, we need to logon to Navigraph on its EFB. Then, we also need to logon again in the airplanes Display Units (main panel) to use integrated charts.
However returning to the EFB, now Navigraph says the “token expired”. If we logon again via EFB, the DU will need a new logon, and so on. Is there way to logon once and for all on both the EFB and main panel? This was reported to Synaptic but they seem overwhelmed and unable to handle all the issues.

I tried to recreate the issue and loaded the the 20-9 chart for ESSB on the module’s EFB, DU, MSFS’s EFB and Navigraph’s in-game app but all working fine for me without any token expired.
If I login now in the EFB, the DU will then show the QR to login to Navigraph and so on. This often occurs between sessions too. So if I restart the flight I will need to logon again and the cycle begins once more.

Still not able to reproduce it though, but it seems to affect multiple users 
We’ll do some further investigation and I’ll follow the related discussion on Discord. I also saw that Synaptic will address the token issue in their upcoming patch, so maybe that will help.
