I would love to see Navigraph/Simbrief generate Engine Out Departure Procedures as part of the Takeoff Performance calculations. In real life, these are often-times company specific, and differ greatly between airlines. Anyways, it’d be great if SimBrief could generate its own EO DPs.

It’s not the flight planning tools job to calculate that(flightsim or IRL), the performance engineers at any given airline create these EOSIDs by using various tool(and few if any are a flight planning systems)

I know, but the same can be said for the takeoff & landing performance calculation tools, yet SimBrief has that functionality attached. This is something TOPCAT had back in the day. Therefore, I see no reason why it shouldn’t theoretically be possible to include in the SimBrief TO/LDG performance calculator tool. Just a suggestion that would add something sorely missing from our TO/LDG performance calculations.

Unfortunately, EODPs are all proprietary to the operator. There is no one set EODP off a runway - theres a million different operators, and a million different philsophies around EODPs and how they are designed. So whose philosophy prevails if SBF did?

EODPs dont belong on an OFP anyway - they belong in the crew’s charts; whether Jepp, Lido, or anyone else.
