Hello, I have an unlimited account with Navigraph and I am trying to access the downloads of airacs for my MSFS2020 through my Navigraph hub. However, when I get into the Hub, it says that I need to subscribe to download. The buttons next to the Airacs say Subscribe instead of Update. I tried refreshing multiple times, redownloading the app, restarting the computer and nothing seems to work.

I already tried re-installing, but it doesn’t let me sign in at any point of the installation, it automatically opens to the dashboard. Moreover, I also cannot login to Navigraph Hub with the account registered to this email and the active subscription because there is no settings options whatsoever on the app, and when I click on subscribe it sends me to the navigraph website where I already have the active subscription account logged in, so it makes no sense.

Any help?

It looks like you may have more than one account. It is very important that all Navigraph services use a single, subscribed, account.

Hello, I already talked with accounts, and they re-directed me here. I have only one account with an active subscription in Navigraph.
