Navigraph Hub - 2020 - Shows 777 Navdata packages as not installed

I have installed all PMDG Navdata packages in game as required, in both MSFS 2020 and 2024. For some reason Navigraph Hub shows the PMDG 777 packages as not installed in MSFS2020, but they definitely are, as visible on the EFB and FMC. The MSFS 2024 packages are showing correctly as installed, as are all the 737 variants in both sims.

Hi,
Where do you see that the T7´s are “not installed”? As shown in your screenshot, the Hub has correctly identified the MSFS2020 T7´s.

Two important things:

  1. Please be sure that you have the latest version installed (via OC3)
  2. You must load the addons first in the sim before you can update the data via Hub

Hope that helps
Richard

Hi. To be more specific so as to avoid any confusion, the Navigraph Hub shows the PMDG 777s, as the PMDG 777 aircraft are installed (777-300 and 777 Freighter). They are installed in MSFS2020 and in MSFS2024. I have just today installed the latest version of the Nav data in to all PMDG aircraft in MSFS2020 and MSFS2024. ONLY the MSFS2020 versions of the two 777 aircraft still show the “UPDATE” button next to them. Every other aircraft with the latest nav data installed has the “REMOVE” button next to them. Navigraph Hub is indicating to me that the latest version of the navdata (2604) IS NOT installed in to the two 777 aircraft in MSFS2020, when in fact, the latest version of nav data IS installed in the two 777 aircraft in MSFS2020.

Ok, thanks - so you can also confirm that you have the latest PMDG 777 versions installed?
It is 2.00.130 … correct?

Cheers,
Richard

Yes, that’s correct. I have 2.00.130 installed. 777-300 and 777 Freighter.

Thanks… and just to be curious: When you press the “UPDATE” button in the Hub, what happens then? Will you see the red “REMOVE” button then, or will it be switched back to the green “UPDATE” button?

You mentioned that you have updated it via the EFB and that you see the correct AIRAC. This is the preferred method. The Hub should have detected that update too, but a few criteria must be set correctly so it can set the button correctly.

So, what happened when you reinstalled the AIRAC via the Hub?

Cheers,
Richard

I just tried installing the AIRAC into both 777s in MSFS2020 via the Navigraph Hub. The button changes to “REMOVE” and stays that way, and the AIRAC stays installed when I check in the sim. So I guess there is no real problem, just the indication is not updating. I remember in the past it messed things up if I tried installing any PMDG AIRACs via the Navigraph Hub, hence why I didn’t even try that. I also just tried updating the AIRAC via the aircraft EFB again, with it already installed, and it had no negative effect. The AIRAC stayed installed and the button in Navigraph Hub stays as “REMOVE”.

Thanks for the confirmation - when the button stays on the “REMOVE” button, it looks good now - possibly that any conditions were not set correctly for the Hub after you have installed it via the EFB. We will check it … Thanks again for your feedback!

Enjoy your weekend and the PMDG.
