I have noticed in recent times that Navigraph Charts no longer chooses accurate departure and arrival runways as it once did when you compare it to fightradar 24 for example. When creating a flight plans in the past Simbrief would choose current real world departures and arrivals but when opening Navigraph charts it states these runways are ‘not in use’. When I check this with Flightradar 24 Simbrief is correct but Navigraph is not.
Is there anyone looking at this to try and rectify the issue?
In Navigraph Charts Settings, under ATIS Runway Status, Sources, deselecting SayIntentions.AI as a source may improve things on your end.

OMG thanks, this fixed a big problem I was having. I went to settings and unchecked it as well. I was always getting conflicting information after generating a Simbrief flight plan, this solved it. Maybe Navigraph should uncheck SayIntentions as the default? Seems like it’s default at the moment.
Actually, by default, it comes last in terms of priority.
However, all the other ATIS sources are either limited geographically (Real is available for “large” US airports only, PilotEdge ATIS is Western US only) or “temporally” (IVAO, VATSIM ATIS are only available when set by a human controller for a given airport).
In comparison, SayIntentions ATIS is available 24/7 for a very large number of airports worldwide, so in most cases, it happens to be the only available ATIS source for many many airports at any given time. As a result, it is arguably the “most frequently used” source of runway status information in Navigraph Charts.
