What do you mean by “Navigraph Export Settings”? What will you export?
Can you please give us more details, such as what you want from where, and so on?

I mean I want change local folder 
from c drive to E drive..
I assume you mean the Navigraph Hub and here the installation folder. That’s not possible. There is currently no way to define the installation folder (and it is also not so common today). Sorry.

So what is this
- Navigraph Navdata Center:
- Update or Reinstall:
When updating or reinstalling Navdata, the Navigraph Hub might automatically manage the folder location. You may need to remove and reinstall packages to ensure the correct location is used.
- Addon Linker:
If you’re using a custom Community folder location for MSFS, Addon Linker can help manage symbolic links to the correct folders.
- Navigraph Charts:
- Export Path:
When exporting flight plans, the application should prompt you for a save location. If it doesn’t, check the application’s settings or preferences for an option to customize the export path.
Ok, so what is possible, what not:
You can´t:
- you can´t select the installation path of the Navigraph Hub
- you can´t select the path where the MSFS navdata (or the apps that we offer in the Hub) will be installed because we use the path from the community folder (that’s the recommended way for every addon)
You can:
- selecting a specific folder/drive when you export the flightplan from the charts
… as an example, when I want to export a flightplan (in this case from KBOS to KMSP):

Please check the permissions according the message and post a screenshot of the permission settings from these folders.
