The first link is more of an individual user type of service, the second, which has the password protection, is meant for airlines and other commercial operators, and the third does seem to time out.
The MetJet link might be helpful as it’s for commercial users, but a subscription from MetService is required for use.

This is probably not going to change anything, but perhaps MetraWeather, the international commercial arm of MetService, might provide weather information.
No, it doesn’t change anything unfortunately. MetraWeather is a subsidiary of MetService and therefore have the same rules. They only provide data to commercial/real world aviation.
