Same observation my auto fill did not populate the credentials like it normally does…yet again when outside of the in sim dynamic it signed on without incident.
@rflint I hope that doesn’t mean our login credentials have been compromised.
I doubt that’s the case. I suspect something is directing us to a developer domain when it should be a customer facing domain. Password manager doesn’t recognize devigraph.com, but would recognize navigraph.com.

same problem here. devigraph.com doesn´t recognize password but navigraph does.
We are aware of the issue, and will attend to it as soon as our developers are back at work. This may be a few hours.

Out of the blue. I cannot get the moving map to work in my plane. Everything else works on the PC. I click on the navigraph icon in the dropdown menu in the plane It asks me to log in and it keeps saying wrong username or password. The simlink app on the pc has me signed in no problem there. Again. I cannot open the moving map in the cockpit because it wants me to log in.

Hello to every one. Since later yesterday afternoon (CET+1), I’ve had problems with the in-game panel, exactly as it happened to others. At first I was worried it might had to do with ‘my’ configuration and/or my ‘Commmunity folder’, that is, its very contents. Now on one side I am relieved, since I see that the problem is occurring possibly worldwide. On the other hand, I wanted to try to log-in (and witness if I was having the same sign-in errors others had), and unfortunately I must say I am. Cannot login whatsoever within the in-game panel, while the stand-alone App the login procedure is working just fine. I also noticed that the domain is not recognized (devigraph instead of navigraph) etcetera, and my fields on Chrome browser are not populated as well. I thought I had made some silly mistake somewhere (I am quite new to this ‘service’ since I have subscribed to it just a few days ago, and even if something is evidently wrong, I assure the devs, I am not regretting it, while instead I am very happy for it), but now I see that more or less everybody is having the same issues. Sorry for stating obvious things and basically totally not-interesting (nor helpful, I guess), but I wanted to somehow participate in the discussion, at least to some extent.
Now I have learned that I have to wait: I shall wait then, and give it again a try tomorrow afternoon.

PS: Forgot to say that on external devices (such as the PMS50 Garmin GTN 750 panel) and embedded same panels in the aircraft (in this case Embraer EMB-121 Xingu by BRSimsDesign, which can be optionally equipped with the GTN 750 in fact), charts are available and working just fine. So it seems that the problem only occurs within the MSFS very panel for SimBrief Charts.

Tried to in and out of the MSFS also Navigraph no change still black screen no map comes up
Similar issues to most posts above.
Able to use Navigraph in EFBs if the planes have that facility but usually prefer using the bigger screen for moving map.

Apologies, there was a problem with my late-night rollout of the fixed update to the panel. We have now rolled out a new version, and the last reported issue should be gone. You should be able to sign in again!

Since the fix the moving map magenta pointer is tiny, can it be resized?
@skysail I’ve found another issue. The Export, Load as active flightplan no longer works.
As amended my flight plan with a couple of new waypoints , then clicked on Load as active flightplan to load, and it cleared everything I had entered leaving the fms with No Flightplan displayed.
