Navdata Center will not log in

Greetings,

After getting the mandatory MSFS 2020 upgrade this week I have been trying to update
the nav data with the Navdata Center and when I attempt to sign in I get an error.

It says with a big red X “Unexpected Error” Error: read ECONNRESET ID 9f1b74c4-e24d-436a-ad6b-c9c01a2ab6a1

I have uninstalled and redownloaded this program several times all with the
same results.

Until this is fixed or resolved I am unable to update any of my 2020 nav data
I would appreciate any suggestions or help.

Hi Smokeywood,

ECONNRESET means that something goes wrong when the application tries to connect to the internet. This can happen if you have antivirus programs, proxies, or firewalls that do something to the connection.
