# Navdata center error

Hello  
when I run navdata center it only shows “sign in” and directly opens navigraph charts!!  
in the mcdu of the a320nx fbw, I no longer have my simbrief flight plan. can you help me please

Hi…,

Do you by chance have Firefox as your default browser? If so please see [FAQ - Firefox may start an app when Simlink Starts](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/faq-firefox-may-start-an-app-when-simlink-starts/2995).

For ease of follow up, please post separate thread for MCDU issue explaining what steps you have taken and what results, preferably with screenshots using [Guide to posting Screenshots](https://forum.navigraph.com/t/posting-guide-uploading-screenshots-or-images/116/2).

I uninstalled Navigraph charts and datacenter, then I emptied the cash in MSFS then I reinstalled everything and it works! thank you
