My chart account has disappeared and reverted me to demo mode!

I upgraded from FMS data to full subscription on the 14 th of december…It was hard to make it work and requierd some support form Navigraph team.
I am pleased to use my new Umtimate account for about 2 weeks and now it has disappeared and I cannot use charts anymore.
It is irritating.
I need to get it fixed as quickly as possible

Hi,

We have investigated this issue and found a potential issue, for which we have now issues a fix. Please try the apps again ensure that you log out and clear your browsing data, and let us know if you encounter the Demo mode message again. Also if your using a tablet try and do a reboot.

Thank you for taking of my problem.

Unfortunately still no changes.

I removed every temporary files with Norton.

Logged out from Navigraph charts and reclogged with my name and password.

It is not surprising since when I look at my subscription it still says FMS data only.

You need to do something else to give me my ultimate subscription back.

There was a technical issue with your upgrade on Dec 14. We made a temporary fix on your account but it seems it only lasted one week. Let’s make this right. I’ve refunded your upgrade now, and it should show back on your card in 2-3 days.

If you pay for a new upgrade now, it should work much better as we resolved the underlying technical issue.
