Good day, there were no issues with MS 2020 and FbW A320nx. When I started the A330 headwinds process my movinjg maps stopped working and I am not able to restore them. Please advise corrective action, Simlink is running. My simbrief FP’s do import into the plane.

Please clarify what stopped working. Did your position disappear from Navigraph Charts? Or do you mean within some sort of EFB as part of the aircraft?

Sorry, but you have still not answered my question. Where has it disappeared from - our application or something built into the aircraft?
And if you mean in our application - what charts are you showing? What happens when you press the moving maps button when viewing the map?
